I hope you understand me. I bought a Nice looking bag from NewChick and think it was really Nice when I got it. So I was very disappointed when it broke after little use. I only use it for my Laptop and just to work. If you send me a new one i can Return this Product to you and you can see for yourself. it is poor in the stiching on the shoulder strap. Its clearly quality, not man-made. i am not trying to hazzle you, i just want a bag that Works.
